Bio

I am a research scientist specializing in meeting dynamics, with a focus on cognitive processes, collaboration, and well-being. My academic background includes a Ph.D. and Master's from The University of Tokyo, where I researched cognitive facilitation for complex problem-solving. I also studied human-computer interaction at the University of British Columbia. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management. I gained professional experience as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Service in Hong Kong. Currently, I'm a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Tokyo, exploring mindfulness's impact on meeting effectiveness.
